It is the student's responsibility to ensure all eligibility requirements are met.

Enrollment is not considered complete until:

Payment is due as outlined during enrollment.

All sales are final.

Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

Students are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions regarding course selection or eligibility.

Driving lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.

While we make every effort to accommodate scheduling requests, specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Students are responsible for arriving on time.

Late arrivals may result in shortened lessons or rescheduling.

Students should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to appear for a scheduled lesson without notice may result in forfeiture of that lesson or additional scheduling fees, at the discretion of Pro Driving MS.

Repeated cancellations may delay course completion.

Students agree to:

• Follow all instructor directions.
• Drive safely and responsibly.
• Treat instructors and other students with respect.
• Maintain appropriate behavior at all times.
• Notify Pro Driving MS of any medical conditions or restrictions that may affect driving.

Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Students participating in driving instruction must:

• Hold any permit or license required by Mississippi law.
• Wear appropriate footwear.
• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.
• Follow all traffic laws and instructor directions.

Instruction may be postponed if weather or road conditions create unsafe driving conditions.

Successful completion of a course requires satisfactory participation and completion of all required instructional components.

Completion of a driver education course does not guarantee:

• Issuance of a driver's license;
• Passing any written or driving examination; or
• Eligibility for insurance discounts.

Licensing decisions are made solely by the appropriate state licensing authority.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website;
• Interfere with website operation;
• Upload malicious software;
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.

All website content, including logos, graphics, text, images, videos, course materials, and educational resources, is the property of Pro Driving MS unless otherwise noted.
